Your tasks:

• Lead the production and maintenance departments to ensure:
  • Machine availability
  • Proper condition of all machines and utilities
  • Quality and Efficiency
• Conduct improvement projects
• Implement new production processes
• Lead sampling processes of new finished goods and raw materials
• Handle customer complaints in cooperation with R&D in Germany and local departments
• Analyzing and improving manufacturing processes (KPI based)

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in scientific or engineering studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, production technology, electrical engineering)
• Fluent in German and English
• Hands-on attitude
• Ability to work and perform well in multi-cultural teams but also show a high sense of responsibility whilst working independently
• Ability to approach tasks methodically yet possess an analytical mindset
• Prior experience/interest with the Thai/Asian culture and motivation to live, adapt and work permanently in a different cultural environment.

Additional favorable qualifications

• Skills in Thai language
• Knowledge in 2D and 3D CAD designs
• Knowledge in automation e.g. PLC programming
• Experience in flexible packaging
• You have years of experience in production management, production control and quality assurance
