To answer any questions you may have, the information you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number, if applicable) will be saved by us, when you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form. We delete all data occurring within this framework after the storage is no longer required, or limit the processing, if there are statutory record retention requirements.

If we rely on official service providers for some functions of our services or if we wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective transactions as described below. When doing so, we also mention the specified criteria of the storage period.

Collection of personal data when visiting our website:

In case of merely informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or provide us with information otherwise, we/our provider only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. a) This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and operation of which are explained below:

• Transient cookies (refer to b)

• Persistent cookies (refer to c).

b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These particularly include the session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the common session. This helps recognise your computer when you return to our website. Usage of our document download area:

If you want to download documents from our website, you must register by entering your first and last name, your company and your position in the company, your e-mail address and a password of your choice. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for registration, i.e. your registration is only complete if you have previously confirmed your registration via an email sent to you for this purpose by clicking on the link contained therein. If you do not receive your confirmation in this regard within 24 hours, your registration will be automatically deleted from our database. The provision of the aforementioned data is mandatory; you can voluntarily provide us with any further information, in particular your company or your position, when you register.

When you download documents from our website, we save your data required to fulfil the contract until we finally delete your access. Furthermore, we save the data that you provided voluntarily for the duration of your use of the download area, unless you delete this beforehand. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (1) f) GDPR.

  

Use of Google Analytics:

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. In our online offer, we have included YouTube videos that are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website.
