Before starting with Meyer Seals, I was a recent graduate with a Business and Economics degree.  In parallel to my studies and for some time thereafter, I was voluntarily working for a global student organization called AIESEC. During my 4-year stint with AIESEC, I had gathered various experiences whilst being primarily responsible facilitating short-term global HR solutions between recent graduates and companies. This experience instilled in me the motivation to gain international experiences outside my home country.

So I started at Meyer Seals in March 2009 as a Management Intern. After my 10-month internship, I was lucky to be offered the possibility to work for the company in sales as a sales coordinator. With a further couple of years of gathering experiences with international clients, I was having responsibilities as Sales Manager and Key Account Management for clients around the globe. Since February 2017, I lead the Global Sales & Marketing team for Meyer Seals Group, based in the Headquarters in Alfeld, Germany. In addition, since April 2018, I jointly lead as Managing Director for Meyer Seals Asia Ltd., a subsidiary of Meyer Seals Group based in Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand.

Moving from India to Germany as a young graduate, with little experience, I got the opportunity to take over various roles, responsibilities in the company and develop myself into taking senior management roles in the company.  I have truly appreciated the fact that the company culture at Meyer Seals allows for people to grow and develop their careers.
