Your duties:
- Responsible and proactive customer service in different languages and in a defined international market area
- Planning and handling of sales projects ranging from enquiry to order processing and requiring independent coordination with other departments
- Structured implementation of customer analyses and research
- Independently advising our customers on our products
- Preparation, calculation and follow-up of quotations as well as the recording and follow-up of customer complaints
- Supporting our International Sales Managers in strategy development and implementation
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed bachelor's degree in business administration, successfully completed training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification
- You enjoy personal contact with customers and generally have very good communication skills
- Solution-oriented and strategic way of thinking as well as an independent way of working
- Very good language skills in German, English and another foreign language, preferably Spanish or Italian
- Good user knowledge of MS Office programs and experience in the daily use of an ERP system
- Willingness to travel abroad
